Maine Coon Kitten Adoption Process

Start your adoption journey by completing our pre-approval application and creating your sign-in account. This ensures families are prepared before kittens are listed. Pre-approval gives you access to the Available Kittens page, where you can view current and upcoming litters and submit requests when kittens become available.

Each kitten’s bio has a request button with the date it becomes active. When the button goes live, pre-approved families have 48 hours to submit a request. You will have plenty of time to prepare, so mark your calendar and save the date — no reminders are sent.

• Please remember this is not a race, and all requests within the 48-hour window are considered equally.
• To improve your chances, request every kitten you feel a connection with.
• When possible, priority may be given to repeat Warrior Kattz families and sibling requests, as this helps kittens thrive in proven homes and stay with littermates.
• We do our best, but please understand not every family will be chosen on their first request.

Our review process may take up to one week. We carefully consider each request to match kittens with families that align best. For efficiency, only approved families are contacted directly, so always check the listing for updates.

If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter and adoption agreement.

• A $500 non-refundable reservation fee (via Zelle) is required.
• Once complete, the kitten’s status updates to “Reserved.”

Kittens are ready to go home at about 12 weeks, and we offer flexible options for families in Texas and across the U.S.

• Pickup in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ, depending on the litter.
• Complimentary delivery available to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
• Nationwide hands-on delivery must be scheduled (and paid) by the kitten’s 8-week birthday.
• All kittens travel with trusted delivery specialists who know our cats.

Final payment is due when your kitten is ready to go home.

Quick Points:

• Cash at pickup or delivery is accepted.
• Depending on your bank, Zelle payments may be divided into 2–3 transfers due to transfer limits. The first payment is required 5 days before go-home, and the final payment must clear before pickup or delivery.
• PayPal and Venmo are not accepted due to security concerns.
